What makes your practice unique?
What makes my practice unique is that I focus on who you are as a whole person—not just your symptoms or a diagnosis. I specialize in working with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals, and I offer autism and ADHD assessments for highly masked people over 16. I also support teens and often involve the whole family in the therapy process.
With a background in fine art, I connect naturally with artists and creatives, and I welcome writing or painting into our sessions when it feels helpful. I take a trauma-informed, collaborative approach to eating disorder recovery, blending trauma work and harm reduction with principles like Health At Every Size (HAES) and narrative therapy. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, empowering, and deeply personalized to you.
What issues do you treat?
I specialize in supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals over the age of 10 who are navigating eating disorders, trauma, identity exploration, and ADHD. Many of my clients have complex, overlapping experiences—like living with undiagnosed neurodivergence, managing disordered eating, and carrying unresolved trauma. I also offer autism and ADHD assessments for highly masked individuals ages 16 and up.
Whether you’re feeling stuck in old patterns, trying to make peace with your body, exploring your identity, or just looking for a therapist who truly gets it, I’m here to help in a way that feels collaborative, affirming, and tailored to you.
What insurance do you take?
Assessments are only private pay. For therapy, I accept the following insurances:

Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes, I do! I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. It’s a chance for you to ask any questions, share what you’re looking for, and get a feel for how I work—no pressure, no commitment. I want you to feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning.
What are your fees?
$150 for 50 minute sessions and $200 for family and/or couples sessions.
What are your hours?
I am available for online sessions Sunday-Wednesday 11 am – 5 pm.
Will I be stuck in therapy forever?
Not at all. My goal is never to keep you in therapy longer than you want or need to be. I believe therapy should be empowering and collaborative—we’ll work together to set goals that feel meaningful to you and check in regularly about your progress. Some people come for short-term support around a specific issue, while others stay longer to explore deeper patterns or ongoing challenges. Either way, you’re always in control of your journey.
